Entry level jobs in Hawaii for speakers of Japanese, Chinese, and English?

My fiance has accepted to start looking for a job in Hawaii, once for his green card (She’s from Taiwan), and I wonder where I can find some for the entry-level positions in business or. . . anything really.

maybe she could get a job as a tour guide; bus tours, USS AZ memorial, other possibilities.
When I visited Oahu a few years ago, there were buses full of tourists ( Japanese in particualr) everywhere, or so it seemed.
or perhaps Honolulu airport if you’ll be living nearby.
